VATTENKIKARE
Redskapet som användes för att göra filmerna och bilderna är ett två meter långt vattenfyllt glasrör som vilar på en mittaxel. Kameran är fäst i ena gaveln. Röret är täckt med olika filter, papper och tyger. Små glipor släpper in ljus. Varje film är en sammanhållen aktion där rörets och vattnets rörelse tillsammans med hur tyger dras ifrån eller läggs till och ljus släpps in och försvinner, blir den bild vi ser.
C-printarna på matt papper är framtagna med en annan kamera, men med samma teknik.
De tre första filmerna visades 2017 i Freiburg och fick då titeln ”Auge”, Öga.
Det vi ser består av ljusinsläpp och vatten.
